Tiered Order Discount Programme — Terms & Conditions

1. Programme overview

REP Fitness EU operates a tiered order discount programme ("Buy More, Save More") that automatically applies a percentage discount to qualifying orders once the eligible spend threshold is met within a single transaction. The discount tiers are as follows:

Tier 1 €5,000 5% off order total
Tier 2 €7,500 7.5% off order total
Tier 3 €10,000 10% off order total

2. Eligibility

The discount applies to the eligible order subtotal (see clause 3). To qualify:

All eligible items must be purchased within a single order/transaction.
The qualifying spend threshold must be reached after any other item-level promotions or sale prices have been applied, unless otherwise stated.
The discount is available to both retail and trade customers purchasing through the REP Fitness EU website or directly with our sales team, for orders shipped to an eligible EU member state.

3. Excluded products and services

The following are excluded from both the qualifying spend calculation and the discount:

Professional installation services — any labour, flooring and delivery installation, or assembly service charges are excluded.
Gift cards — the purchase of REP Fitness EU gift cards does not contribute to the qualifying spend total and is not subject to the order discount.

REP Fitness EU reserves the right to exclude additional products or categories from the programme at its discretion. Any such changes will be communicated on the website.

4. How the discount is calculated

Only the highest applicable discount tier will be applied — tiers are not cumulative or stackable.
The discount is applied to the eligible subtotal only (i.e. the order value after excluded items have been removed).
The discount is applied before VAT is calculated, in accordance with the VAT treatment applicable in the customer's member state.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are not subject to the order discount.
Discounts may be manually reviewed by Customer Service to ensure compliance with our T&Cs herein.

5. Combination with other offers

This programme cannot be combined with other promotional codes, vouchers, or site-wide discount events unless explicitly stated otherwise.
If a product is already on sale or reduced, the discounted price will be used to calculate the qualifying spend, and the tier discount will be applied on top of that reduced price.

6. Returns and refunds

If goods are returned and the returned value causes the remaining order to fall below the qualifying spend threshold for the tier applied, REP Fitness EU reserves the right to recalculate and adjust the refund amount accordingly.
Refunds will reflect the discounted price paid at the time of purchase, not the full retail price, and will be issued in the original currency and payment method used for the transaction.
Statutory withdrawal and returns rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable local consumer protection law are unaffected by this clause.

7. General

REP Fitness EU reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this programme at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a dispute regarding the application of a discount, REP Fitness EU's decision is final, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections under applicable national law.
These terms are governed by the laws of [Member State to be confirmed — e.g. Ireland/Netherlands/Germany, depending on REP Fitness EU's registered entity], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the customer is habitually resident.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU and national legislation, including rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
EU consumers may also have access to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for resolving disputes arising from online purchases.
