Strap Safeties

Upgrade from standard Pin-Pipe and Flip-Down Safeties with REP’s Strap Safeties. These reinforced nylon straps are much gentler on your barbell than metal, but they’re just as tough. Heavy-duty bolts secure the straps to the bracket. Strap Safeties are also quiet; they’re virtually noiseless when they contact the barbell. They are also uniquely adjustable, as the front and back ends can be mounted at different heights.  

Strap Safeties provide extra safety during your workout, especially when you’re training alone or pushing your limits. They’re incredibly easy to install on your rack. Simply attach safeties to your uprights like a J-cup and flip them securely into place. They’re compatible with the PR-4000 and PR-5000 power racks and available in three different strap lengths: 24”, 30”, and 41”. Straps are about 3” wide. Safeties are sold in pairs.
